As a brain coach and neuroencoding specialist, I help individuals optimize their brain function to reach their full potential. Through a variety of techniques, including neuroencoding, I work with clients to improve cognitive performance, increase productivity, and reduce stress.

In addition to my work as a brain coach, I also offer holistic life coaching services. By taking a holistic approach to coaching, I help my clients achieve balance and success in all areas of their lives, and personal growth. I take into account your physical well-being, blood work, and other aspects of you that do influence your performance outside of your psychology. 
I help my clients by using various techniques including but not limited to neuroencoding, EMDR, and coaching: to optimize their brain performance, get rid of the fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection, self-loathing, procrastination, people pleasing, hesitation, and self-doubt.

I offer 4 core services :
- memory rescue program for people ages 45+ 
- Brain Thrive by 25 dedicated to teens and young adults ( Middle school, Highschool, and universities) - in person
- individual coaching 
- group coaching
