Carl Miles possesses extensive experience in ICT applications support, having held multiple roles at Your Housing Group since May 2017, culminating in the position of ICT Applications Support Team Lead. Prior to this, Carl served as a Manager at Unique Care Services for twelve years, overseeing operations for a care agency. Carl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Chester.
