Irfan Vadia is a data governance professional with extensive experience in leading data management initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Data Management Technical Lead at Your Housing Group since April 2020, Irfan has successfully implemented a comprehensive Data Governance Framework and a robust Data Quality tool, aiming to elevate the organization to industry-leading data-driven standards. Previous roles include Business Intelligence and Insights Production Manager at Key Group, and various positions at major consultancy firms, where Irfan focused on operational support processes, risk assessment, and the development of insights-driven reporting. Irfan’s career also includes significant contributions to the banking sector and retail management, showcasing a consistent track record of optimizing processes and enhancing data integrity. Irfan holds a BSc in Homeopathic Medicine from the University of Central Lancashire.
