Your Side provides personalised case management to arrange the care and support that allows older people and their families to get on with living a good life. Our consultants help clients navigate the complexities of the Aged Care system and ensure they get the most from their funding with the right, quality-checked support services. Your Side is a not-for-profit aged care provider - all income surplus is invested back into the organisation and services we provide. We continuously strive to improve our model: with client’s needs at the centre, supporting people through key life changes, and building integrated pathways with the wider health and community services system.
