WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

As the global Finance and Planning Manager, you will help Yousician to grow profitably by providing clear visibility to the financial performance and by leading and improving the financial processes. With forecasting, you turn the management attention to the future, and your insights will help to manage the uncertainty and risk. You will work independently with a high number of stakeholders internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity to have a lot of ownership and impact on one of the key areas of our company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure the financial compliance of the Yousician by developing and leading the financial processes of the parent company and subsidiaries
• Work closely with the accounting service providers and auditors to provide timely and accurate accounting and reporting
• Build and develop financial models, that represent the financial position and performance of the company in different future scenarios
• Prepare reports of the financial performance for the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
• Work closely with the analytics team, gather data, and identify opportunities for higher growth, profitability, and cash flow
• Own the implementation of the team budgets, purchasing processes, and approval policy
• Own and develop processes for VAT, sales, and income tax compliance
• Manage the company’s operative bank relationships, cash position in different currencies, and the FX risk
• Investor reporting
• Equity plans and cap table data ownership

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 5+ years of prior experience in various areas of finance, especially in accounting, reporting, and financial planning, and you are curious to learn more every day
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to simplify the complex situation to easy-to-understand reports and insights
• Great communication skills and experience in working with various internal and external finance stakeholders
• Independent, organized, and structured working style
