MacKenzie Kiley has extensive work experience in digital marketing and SEO. MacKenzie currently holds the position of Senior SEO Specialist at Youtech since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Propertybase as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist from March 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they served as a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist at ALA Language School from July 2019 to February 2021 and at Ideal Weight Clinic, Inc. from August 2016 to February 2021.
In addition to their digital marketing roles, MacKenzie also gained experience in customer service while working as a Customer Service Representative at CORT in May 2017. Their responsibilities included addressing customer concerns, finding solutions, and coordinating office furnishing projects. MacKenzie started their career as a PR Intern at Alpha Media USA in June 2015, working with various FM radio stations.
MacKenzie Kiley attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications, including SEO Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2019, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in November 2019, and various certifications from Google, such as Digital Sales Certification, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Fundamentals, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, all obtained in June 2019.
