Neena Beausoleil

Neena Beausoleil (Owusu-Ansah) is an experienced social work professional with a focus on youth services. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at Lost-n-Found Youth since April 2021, Neena has also been a Program Manager at the Los Angeles Youth Network since 2012, overseeing programs for runaway and homeless youth. Neena's background includes roles as a Case Manager providing emergency services and support for at-risk youth, as well as previous experience at Jewish Family Services and Childrens Choice, focusing on family stabilization and child welfare. Neena began their career as an Outpatient Therapist intern at CONCERN, specializing in mental health diagnosis and treatment. Neena holds a Master of Social Work degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, attained in 2006, and attended Achimota School from 1994 to 1996.
