Youth Guidance
Laurel Crown PhD currently serves as the Senior Research and Evaluation Manager at Youth Guidance, where leadership is provided in the development and implementation of program evaluation and research initiatives. With extensive experience in educational and public health research, prior roles include Research and Evaluation Manager at Chicago Public Schools, Evaluation Researcher at the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Postdoctoral Prevention Research Training Fellow. Additional experience encompasses research associate and adjunct instructor positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, program evaluator and research consultant roles at various institutions, alongside a strong academic background with a PhD in Human Ecology and Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
