Currently serving as the Director at Dispute Resolution Ombudsman and as a Strategic Advisor at Youtility, James supports the growth of fintech solutions and assists banks in improving customer service related to subscriptions. As a Civil Justice Council Member, James contributes to enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of the civil justice system. Additionally, involvement with multiple organizations, including Consumer Scotland and the Civil Aviation Authority's Consumer Panel, underscores a commitment to protecting consumer rights.
