Nicholas Painton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicholas currently serves as the Head of Product at YouVersion since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Life.Church, starting as an Interactive Project Manager from January 2018 to September 2019, then as the Interactive Director of Projects from September 2019 to December 2020, and finally as the Central Team Leader of Interactive from December 2020 till now.
Before joining Life.Church, Nicholas worked at Williams as the Manager - Capital Excellence from October 2013 to May 2016, and as an Operations Supervisor from May 2016 to January 2018. Nicholas also gained experience at Access Midstream, where they worked as an Analyst - Project Controls from December 2011 to July 2012, and as a Coordinator - Project Controls from July 2012 to October 2013.
Nicholas has earlier experience in the energy sector, having served as an Engineer Technician at Chesapeake Energy from July 2010 to December 2011.
Additionally, Nicholas has an extensive military background. Nicholas was in the US Army from August 2005 to June 2010, starting as a Second Lieutenant from August 2005 to December 2005, then as a Lieutenant, Armor from July 2006 to January 2008, and finally as a Captain, Armor from January 2008 to June 2010. During their time in the Army, they held various leadership roles and made significant contributions in training, planning, and logistics management.
Nicholas Painton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Kansas State University from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Lansing High School, although the specific dates and degree information for that period are not provided.
