Céline Assaf-Boustani

Céline Assaf-Boustani is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in international law and human rights advocacy. Currently a member of YPO since March 2024, Céline has served as President and Chief Program Officer at the Human Rights Foundation since September 2014. Prior to this, Céline founded Celine Boustani, Consulting, providing international legal consulting services from 2009 to September 2014. Additional roles include Senior Legal Associate at The Rights Lawyers FZ LLC from September 2011 to January 2013, and Legal Associate at Walid Nasser & Associates from 2005 to 2008, focusing on intellectual property and corporate legal matters. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, a DESS in Multimedia and Information Technology Law from Pantheon-Assas Paris II, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Saint-Joseph.
