Dwayne Robertson

Dwayne Robertson is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at YPO since March 2020, where efforts focus on advocating for a diverse and inclusive member community. Prior to YPO, Dwayne held roles including Manager of Cultural Competency at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., and Assistant Director at the Greater New York Hospital Association, contributing to the development of programs aimed at enhancing cultural competency and health equity. Dwayne's experience extends to legislative analysis as a Senior Legislative Budget Analyst for the New York State Senate, and involvement in various health initiatives at the New York State Department of Health. Dwayne holds a Master of Public Health from the University at Albany, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
