Mike Odendaal

Mike Odendaal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, leadership development, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Procurement at YPO since April 2022, Mike has been instrumental in a global leadership community dedicated to fostering better leaders. As Co-Founder of WNORTH, established in 2015, Mike supports mid-career women in their journey towards senior executive roles. Previously, Mike co-founded Bluebird Strategy, a marketing agency that specializes in partnerships and sponsorships across Canada, and held various roles including Manager of Purchasing & Facilities at the Canadian Cancer Society and Analyst & Project Manager at the City of Vancouver. Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC Sauder School of Business, a Project Management Certificate, and a Certified ScrumMaster designation from Scrum Alliance.
