Stephanie Canfield

Stephanie Canfield, PMP, CVA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Strategic Membership Programs at YPO, where Stephanie leads a team to create and implement global membership initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment and diversity, achieving notable success in increasing female recruitment by 100%. Prior to YPO, Stephanie founded Tri Play Strategies, focusing on community engagement and consulting for non-profits, after holding various leadership roles at ACH Child & Family Services, including Community Engagement Director, where significant campaigns and programs were launched. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Wittenberg University and is furthering education through Stanford Continuing Studies.
