Sofie Vandenwauver

Sofie Vandenwauver is an experienced professional in Identity and Access Management, currently serving as an Identity & Access Management/Solution Architect at Ypto since September 2016. Prior to this role, Sofie worked at SecurIT from February 2003 to September 2016 as an IAM Security Architect, focusing on the architecture of Access Management and Federated Identity Management environments, as well as serving as an IAM Security Consultant implementing Access Management environments. Earlier experience includes a position as a PKI Development Engineer at Utimaco Safeware, where Sofie developed C++ solutions for Safeguard PKI. Sofie holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Sciences: Electronics Engineering from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and possesses expertise in various products including IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-business and SecurIT TrustBuilder, along with TOGAF 9 certification.
