Lee JaeYong has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as the B2B eCommerce & Brand Marketing Leader at Yuhan-Kimberly since April 2013. Yuhan-Kimberly is the joint venture between Korea’s Yuhan Corporation and U.S. based Kimberly-Clark. It is established in 1970. It is the leading health and hygiene company in Korea, with a dominant market share in all involved categories such as baby diaper, sanitary napkin, bathroom tissue, etc. Its annual net sales has grown every year, and it was over $1 billion in 2008. Based on its mission statement, it always focused on environmental and ethical management. As a result of that it was awarded several times since 2003 such as the best employers in Asia, the best ethical management, the most admired company, excellence in sustainability management. In addition, Yuhan-Kimberly is famous for “Keep Korea Green” campaign. It would not be calculated by numbers, but it must be definitely its strong assets which it got.
