Job Description
YuJa Inc is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-oriented Account Manager - Level 1 to help drive satisfaction with existing accounts, maintain our 99%+ customer retention rate, and collaboratively cross-sell existing accounts. About the Role:
About You:
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
A history of meeting retention goals and/or revenue quotas
The ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals
Works well under pressure
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
Curiosity
A competitive spirit
Ambitious, ready to learn attitude with a desire to grow
A people and detail-oriented personality
The ability to maintain a professional and a fun attitude, especially during conferences over Google Meets, Zoom, etc.
Great written and verbal communication skills
The desire to be a team player and inclination to contribute to group goals
