Beat Lacy-Goehring

Beat Lacy-Goehring is an experienced leader in product development and digital innovation, currently serving as the Head of Product & Design / Uru Hautaonga, Hoahoa at Z Energy NZ since July 2019. With a strong background in financial services, Lacy-Goehring held senior roles at the Bank of New Zealand, including Head of Consumer Products and Head of Core Banking Products, and previously served as Head of Business Performance at AMP Services (NZ) Ltd. Lacy-Goehring's experience extends to strategic program leadership at Auckland Council and global operations management at Thomson Reuters, overseeing a significant portfolio valued at $750 million. Lacy-Goehring is an alumnus of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, holding a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
