Jade Chen is a Senior Product Manager at ZA, specializing in payment and business banking since September 2022. Previously, Jade held the role of Product Manager focused on deposit, payment, and remittance solutions. Prior to this, Jade worked as a Product Owner at Mox Bank from August 2021 to May 2022, emphasizing deposit and payment products. Jade's extensive experience at HSBC includes serving as a Product Manager in Digital & Data, leading initiatives in API, web portals, virtual assistants, and blockchain from July 2016 to August 2021, as well as a Graduate Analyst in multiple rotations across different services. Educationally, Jade is pursuing a Master of Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
