Tina Knight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and rewards management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Employee Rewards at Zachry Group since March 2021, Tina has previously held significant roles including Sr. Benefits Manager at Petco, where strategic benefit initiatives were implemented for over 26,000 employees, and Benefits Manager at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., focusing on cost containment and enhanced employee communication for a global workforce. At Valero Energy Corporation, Tina supervised retiree benefits administration and developed comprehensive communication strategies for diverse employee groups. Tina holds an MBA with distinction from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science with distinction from Indiana University Indianapolis.
