Sachithra Geeganage

Sachithra Geeganage has had a varied work experience since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Forestpin (Pvt) Ltd, where they worked as a full-stack developer. In 2018, they joined HaulMatic Technologies as an Associate Software Engineer and was promoted to Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing the software product for the domain supply chain and logistics to enable peer-to-peer trade. In 2019, they joined CodeGen International as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing frontend applications using Angular to facilitate the leisure, travel, and accommodation industry. Finally, in 2020, they joined ZorroSign, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in all the phases of the software development lifecycle for both Frontend and Backend applications.

Sachithra Geeganage completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing between 2014 and 2017. In 2020, Sachithra began a Master of Information Security (MIS) from the University of Colombo School of Computing, with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Sachithra has also obtained certifications in JavaScript: Test-Driven Development (ES6), Microservices: Design Patterns, Spring Boot 2.0 Essential Training, and Spring: Spring Data 2 from LinkedIn in December 2022.
