Daniel Hernández

Daniel Hernández has a diverse work experience in project management and digital marketing. Daniel started their career as a Producer at Wunderman in 2010. Daniel then worked as a Project Manager at BRM S.A., where they coordinated multiple stakeholders for online marketing campaigns. Later, they joined Tribal Colombia as a Digital Account Executive, leading and managing creative and technology teams in executing digital marketing campaigns. Daniel also served as the point of contact between local clients and regional/global teams.

In 2013, they joined DDB Colombia as an Account Executive, where they managed creative teams and third-party suppliers for marketing campaigns. Daniel successfully led digital efforts, including website redesign and digital marketing campaigns.

Daniel continued their career at Wunderman as a Regional Project Manager, where they coordinated production requests and led cross-functional teams in creating digital products. Daniel coordinated the production of 800+ unique paid media units across different LATAM markets.

From 2015 to 2022, Daniel worked at Huge in various roles. Daniel started as a Project Manager, overseeing digital marketing production projects. Daniel then served as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing digital marketing projects and developing production team workflows. Later, they became an Associate Program Director and eventually a Program Director, where they managed the operation and execution of digital production programs and mentored project managers.

In 2023, Daniel will join Zaga Labs as a Senior Project Manager.

Daniel Hernández attended Politénico Grancolombiano from 2005 to 2011, where they pursued a major in Marketing and Advertising. During this time, they focused on studying marketing and advertising in depth. In 2010, they also completed a Diplomado en Gerencia Estratégica de la Comunicación at Politénico Grancolombiano, which provided him with knowledge in strategic communication management. Additionally, in August 2016, Daniel Hernández obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
