She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Prior to joining the Company, she worked with Axis Clinicals Limited as assistant general manager-company secretary, Gayatri Projects Limited as assistant company secretary and Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited as deputy company secretary and manager.
