Ahmed A. Hindawi is a skilled network services and performance expert with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently employed at Zain Iraq since May 2013, Ahmed has held titles such as Senior Network Services Performance Engineer and Network Services & Performance Expert. Prior to this role, Ahmed worked as an RF Engineer at Zain Jordan from September 2012 to March 2013 and as a Technical Support representative at Earthlink Telecommunications in mid-2012. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Baghdad and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation at IE Business School, expected to complete in June 2027.
