Maher Alfawaz has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Maher started their career in 2005 at Mobily, where they held positions such as Radio Frequency Planning Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Chief Engineer. In 2013, they joined Zain KSA and worked as a Capacity Management Manager until 2016. Maher then served as the Head of Service Operation Center (SOC) before becoming the GM Service Operation Center. In 2018, Maher Alfawaz became the Customer Care Executive General Manager, and in 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Sales Officer at Zain KSA.
Maher Alfawaz completed their education at various institutions. Maher obtained a Program for Leadership Development degree in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Prince Sultan University in 2014. Maher also holds a Bachelor's degree in communication and electronic engineering from King Saud University, which they obtained in 2005. Lastly, they completed their high school education at ALManarat from 1986 to 2000.
