Sultan A. AlDeghaither has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Sultan started their career at Mobily in 2005 as an RF Engineer and later moved to Shabakkat as an RF Senior Engineer. In 2008, they joined AIRCOM International as an RF Planning & Optimization Consultant before transitioning to Zain KSA in 2009.
At Zain KSA, Sultan held several leadership positions including Radio Planning & Optimization Manager, Network Planning & Quality Director, Performance & Quality Director, Network Engineering Director, Network Engineering Senior Director, and Chief Technology Officer. Sultan then served as the Acting Chief Operations Officer before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in July 2018.
Sultan also holds key positions outside of Zain KSA. Sultan is currently the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Tamam and a Board Member of Saudi Tadawul Group. Additionally, they serve as the Chairman of PLAYHERA MENA.
