Emad then joined Zain in the same year and held various roles, including Radio Network Planning Engineer, Radio Network Planning Team Leader, Radio Projects Planning & Control Team Leader, Radio Manager, and Network Planning Manager. In 2017, they became the Director of Technology Planning at Zain, where they were responsible for managing the planning and design of technology infrastructure, access networks, and application systems. In 2021, Emad Elsheikh was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Zain Sudan.
Emad Elsheikh earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications) from Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST) between 1998 and 2003.
