Claudia Sielemann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and team leadership, primarily at Zalando since May 2020, where current responsibilities include leading the Local Teams for Partner Acquisition across the Nordics, France, and Central and Eastern Europe. Claudia has successfully driven partner acquisition strategies, managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and led initiatives for organizational scaling and transformation across various roles, including Team Lead Sales International & Expansion and Team Lead Sales for Connected Retail. Prior to Zalando, Claudia honed expertise in online targeting and audience segmentation at nugg.ad, having also held a senior consultant position there, along with a strategic business development role at Hubert Burda Media. Claudia's academic foundation includes a Diplom in Mathematics from the University of Kassel.
