Esteban Gallegos possesses extensive experience in management and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Strategy & Projects at Zalando since April 2022, Esteban previously held senior positions at Cacao Projects, where Esteban founded a consulting company focused on management and process improvement across operations, supply chain, and service engineering. Notable achievements include enhancing debt collections and customer satisfaction at Servileasing, implementing a new company structure at Ecoclean to improve cash flow, and optimizing sales models at Coca-Cola FEMSA for significant savings. Esteban's earlier roles include leading production teams at FIFCO and contributing to change management projects at Ernst & Young. Esteban holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from ESMT Berlin and a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
