Kevin Rowley

Kevin Rowley possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Administration at Zalat Pizza since July 2019. Rowley's progressive roles at Zalat Pizza include positions such as Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives, Director of Purchasing, Director of Retention & Culture, Director of Innovation, Director of Strategic Integration, Operations Excellence Manager, and Manager of Operation Services & Training. Prior to Zalat Pizza, Rowley held a Manager position at Shake Shack for a brief period in 2019 and performed various leadership roles at Zalat Pizza from 2016 to 2019, including Director of Administration and Director of Operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Ivy Kitchen and as Restaurant and Bar Manager at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. Education was obtained at the University of Arizona from 1998 to 2000.
