Vivian Fan

Vivian Fan is a seasoned Technical Analyst at ZAP Solutions, Inc., with a diverse background in policy analysis, education, and technology. Previously, Vivian served as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh and completed an internship with the BOROUGH OF WILKINSBURG Administration Office focused on vacant properties. In addition, experience includes a role as a Policy Analysis Assistant with the CHUSAN MUNICIPAL PEOPLE’S GOVERNMENT Foreign Affairs Office and as an Enrollment Ambassador at SAINT-MARY-OF-THE-WOODS COLLEGE. Vivian holds a Master of Information Science in Human Computer Interaction and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Central China Normal University.
