Jing Chen is a Senior Quantum Scientist at Zapata Computing, Inc., since January 2022, having previously served as a Research Fellow at the Simons Foundation's Center for Computational Quantum Physics from January 2018 to December 2021. Jing Chen completed a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Computational Physics on Condensed Matter at the Institute of Physics and Beijing National Lab for Condensed Matter Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, from September 2010 to June 2017, following a Bachelor's degree in Physics from East China Normal University, awarded in June 2010.
