Dana Zumbo

Dana Zumbo has over 15 years of experience in business development and brand management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Zappos Family of Companies since August 2009. At Zappos, Dana has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and fostering the company’s innovative culture. Previously, Dana pioneered the Brand Experience Team, focusing on brand concepts through activations and storytelling, and also held the position of Senior Buyer for luggage, travel goods, and home products. Prior to joining Zappos, Dana worked at El Portal Group as a Divisional Merchandise Manager from March 1999 to November 2002.
