Molly Beare

Molly Beare is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Zappos Family of Companies, currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer since October 2012. In this role, Molly Beare manages executive calendars, arranges meetings and travel, reconciles expense reports, and collaborates with internal and external partners. Previous positions include Executive Assistant to the VP of Finance and Director of Back Office, and PR Communication Advisor to the CEO, where responsibilities included timely email management and coordination with the PR team. Earlier in their career, Molly Beare worked as a Customer Loyalty Representative and as a Bank Teller at Bank of America. Education was pursued at the College of Southern Nevada from 2011 to 2016.
