Susan Hughes

Susan Hughes has been the HR Director at Zappos Family of Companies since March 2008. Prior to this, Susan held the roles of Recruiting Manager and Sales Development at Time Warner Cable from April 2000 to January 2008. Susan graduated from New York University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. At Zappos, Susan oversees HR operations for over 2,000 employees across various locations, including branches, factories, Equipment Service Centers, and a Call Center. At Time Warner Cable, Susan conducted sales, provided technical support, and led a team in converting sales opportunities for a green building materials start-up.
