Currently serving as Hotel General Manager and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at ZaZa Hospitality since June 2018, Jacob has previously held the position of Director of Operations and Executive Chef at Juliet Italian Kitchen from December 2014 to June 2018 and served as Executive Chef at Asti Trattoria from February 2013 to February 2015. Jacob holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Applied Science from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
