Vishal's previous roles include Senior Advisor at Altimapa Capital, Director - Group Treasurer at Britishvolt, and Head of Treasury at Essar Oil (UK) Limited, where key responsibilities encompassed investor relations, project finance, risk management, and M&A activities. Vishal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
