Babu Ponnuswamy, GDTP-S has 9 years of professional experience in the field of engineering. Babu started their career in 2011 as a Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies. In 2016, they moved to HCL Malaysia as a Senior Design Engineering. In 2019, they were appointed as an Assistant Manager at Godrej Storage Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Lead Engineer at Zealogics Inc since 2020.

Babu Ponnuswamy, GDTP-S, completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University between 2008 and 2011. Babu has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Reverse Engineering Foundations: Product Design (2020), Siemens NX: Design for Injection Molding (2019), Operational Excellence Foundations (2018), How to Present and Stay on Point (2018), and Rapid Prototyping for Product Design (2018). In 2020, Babu Ponnuswamy obtained the Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Professional - Senior (GDTP) certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
