Colleen O'Sullivan

Colleen O'Sullivan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Zebra Technologies since August 2016, Colleen previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Career Education Corporation, where responsibilities included leading finance and centralized services teams and spearheading cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Career Education, Assistant Controller at both Hewitt Associates and Sears Holdings, contributing to centralized accounting functions and financial reporting. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
