Joanne Walter possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management and Learning at Zebra Technologies since September 2017. Prior roles include Director of Employee and Leadership Development Design and Delivery, and other senior management positions focusing on talent management in the EMEA region. Prior to Zebra, Joanne held the position of Head of HR (Interim) at Ferguson plc, and served as Head of HR Specialisms at Adelie Food Holdings. Joanne's earlier experience includes significant roles at Alpha LSG, Honeywell, and Viyella. An accomplished academic, Joanne earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London and has completed multiple credentials in executive coaching from Henley Business School.
