Jody Catanese

Jody Catanese is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of North America People Partners at Zebra Technologies since November 2024, Jody previously held various leadership roles at Grainger, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Director of Human Resources. With a strong focus on strategic talent partnership, Jody has successfully driven business results through performance management, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles at ASAP Software as a Human Resources Generalist and at Deloitte as a Human Resources Representative, where Jody gained expertise in employee relations, coaching, and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions. Jody earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and completed coaching education at iPEC.
