Shawn Sadowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beginning in 2006, they founded and served as the CEO of SBE Logistics until 2011. In 2009, Shawn founded another company called My New Enterprise and acted as the CEO until 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Principal Consultant at SCG, where they advised corporate clients on strategies, product management, and internal processes.
In 2012, Shawn joined Utah State University as an Adjunct Professor of Business, a role they held until 2016. In 2014, they became an Entrepreneur in Residence at Cogswell Polytechnical College, overseeing new venture development and directing the Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation program.
From 2015 to 2016, Shawn served as the Interim COO at Alinco Costumes. Shawn then moved on to become the Director of Operations at Girls Go Digital! in 2016 before transitioning to the role of VP of Operations at busybusy in late 2016 and early 2017.
From 2017 to 2020, Shawn worked as a Senior Consultant at Workfront, advising enterprise clients on strategic vision, solution design, work management, process development, and software implementation. Noteworthy clients included Coca-Cola, Harvard Business School, CBRE, Bass Pro Shops, US Foods, Arthur J Gallagher, and Northern Trust.
Finally, in 2020, Shawn joined Zee Jay Digital as a Principal Consultant, rounding out their extensive work experience.
Shawn Sadowski obtained their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Westminster College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront Professional Developer Expert from Adobe in November 2021.
