Derek Gary

Derek Gary is a seasoned Global Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Global Director of Human Resources at Zeeco, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Derek held the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at Cinterra and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pike Corporation. Notable prior roles include Senior Vice President, People & Culture, and Vice President of EHS and Facilities at 3D Systems Corporation, where leadership spanned global talent acquisition and support for over 2,700 employees. Derek's foundational experience in HR began at Fluor, where leadership included Global HR Director for the Power Business Line and Senior HR Manager for the Simandou Project. Derek also contributed to the sales side of business at Careerbuilder.com and Logix Communications. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University.
