Marvin Kuzamba

Marvin Kuzamba is an experienced leader in pricing and underwriting within the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President & Director of Pricing and Underwriting at Zego since June 2025. Prior to this role, Marvin held several key positions at Hastings Direct, including Head of Data Science and Engineering, where leadership of a team focused on transformative change in insurance pricing was emphasized. At Ageas UK, Marvin served as Head of Pricing Development and Analytics, successfully overseeing retail pricing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance, while also pioneering machine learning model development. Previous roles at Ageas included Head of Pricing, Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Analyst, and Pricing Analyst, with early experience as a Trainee Actuary at Ortec Finance. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School and is a qualified member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
