Venkata Chaitanya has worked in the engineering field for over 9 years. In 2022, they began working as a DevOps Engineer for Zelar. In 2021, they were a Sr. Contracts Engineer for PATIL CONSTRUCTION & INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED, where they were responsible for preparing project site notes, coordinating with management teams, and leading the team. From 2013 to 2021, they were a Contract Specialist for Vijay Nirman Company Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for drafting contractual letters and coordinating with site management. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Graduate Engineer for VNR Infrastructures Limited, where they were responsible for anchoring on-site project activities, overseeing the performance of contractors, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and managing manpower and material planning.

Venkata Chaitanya obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University between 2008 and 2012. In October 2021, they completed a Certificate program in Contracts Management from The World Bank. In December 2022, they obtained a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost.
