Shani Senbetta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Zeleman Communications since April 2015 and as Founder & CEO of Kidame Mart since February 2017, Shani has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision. Previous roles include Vice President of Government & External Relations at SouthWest Holdings from August 2011 to April 2015, and a Strategic Planning Intern at Ethiopia Commodity Exchange in June 2010. As a Fulbright Scholar in Ethiopia from September 2009 to June 2010, Shani gained valuable insights that complement an educational background comprising an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University.
