Leo Owens serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Zeller Realty Group since August 2016, overseeing Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Information Technology functions for a portfolio of over 20 assets. Prior to this role, Leo Owens held various positions at JLL from 1994 to 2016, including Managing Director of the Corporate Solutions Client Finance organization for the Americas, where responsibilities included managing over 125 accounts and $6 billion in spend. Leo Owens also led the financial operations for JLL’s top Citibank account, achieving significant savings and improving account status. Leo Owens contributed to financial reporting and performance measurement at LaSalle and served as Senior Portfolio Controller for a major US retail investor fund. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
