Graeme Proud currently serves as Head of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at Zellis, having held various leadership roles including Head of People Shared Services and HR Business Partner. Before joining Zellis in February 2020, Graeme Proud was the Director of Proud HR Solutions Ltd and briefly an HR Business Partner at Toolstation. With extensive experience in human resources, Graeme Proud previously held senior positions at Link Financial Outsourcing, TSB Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included leading HR functions, managing significant restructuring initiatives, and developing employee engagement strategies. Graeme Proud commenced a career in HR as a Graduate Trainee at Lloyds Banking Group after earning a BA (Hons) in Combined Studies from the University of Leeds.
