Prior roles include HR & Payroll Consultant, Change & Technical Solutions Director at both Zellis and NGA Human Resources, and various positions at NGA where responsibilities spanned from product management to consultancy leadership. With a diploma in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Nick has a strong foundation in payroll systems and legislation, significantly impacting service excellence and technology implementation throughout a career that began at Monmouthshire County Council.
