Currently serving as the Director of Value Creation Services at Zellis, Rebecca leads a diverse portfolio that includes Management Consulting, Reward Consulting, Payroll Advisory, and Customer Learning. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Deloitte UK, where responsibilities included the development of global payroll strategies and project management for multinational organizations. Previous experience also encompasses implementation consulting and business analysis roles at organizations like McKesson Provider Technologies, Morgan Stanley, ADP, and others. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Business & Payroll Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of West London.
